Tabby G’s Beach Rentals – Rental Agreement & Terms of Service

Welcome to Tabby G’s Beach Rentals. By reserving and using our rental equipment, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are designed to ensure a smooth and fair experience for both you and us, and to maintain the high-quality service we take pride in delivering.
1. Rental Duration and Use
All rentals are based on the length of time selected during checkout (3, 5, or 7 days). Your rental begins the day of your scheduled delivery and ends on your scheduled pickup day. Equipment is for recreational beach use only and must not be taken to other locations or modified in any way.
2. Delivery & Pickup Policy
We deliver directly to your rental property, campsite, or residence on your scheduled arrival day.
Pickup will occur the morning of your scheduled departure unless otherwise arranged.
You must provide your accurate delivery address, unit/room number, and arrival/departure dates during checkout.
Items must be returned to the original delivery location and left in a secure, visible area unless otherwise discussed.
3. Payment & Credit Card Authorization
By placing your order, you authorize Tabby G’s Beach Rentals to securely store your credit card for up to 7 days after your rental ends. This temporary hold allows us time to inspect all returned items for damage or loss.
If items are:
Missing
Returned broken or unusable
Significantly damaged or excessively dirty
…you agree we may charge your card for the full replacement value of the affected item(s), as listed in Section 5.
We will make every effort to contact you via phone or email prior to charging your card.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made 7 days or more before your scheduled delivery will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 7 days of delivery may receive a partial refund depending on circumstances and whether gear has already been prepared.
No-shows or refusal to accept delivery will not be refunded.
Weather Policy:
We cannot issue refunds for weather-related changes unless severe weather prevents delivery or makes it unsafe for beach use.
5. Replacement Fees (if Lost or Damaged)
If an item is lost or damaged beyond normal wear and tear, the following replacement costs apply:

If items are returned in poor condition, additional cleaning fees may be charged at our discretion (typically $15–$30 depending on item).
6. Customer Responsibility
By renting from Tabby G’s Beach Rentals, you agree to:
Return all items in the same condition they were delivered.
Avoid exposing gear to sharp objects, open flames, or misuse.
Never leave rented items unattended in public areas.
Notify us immediately if any item is missing or damaged during your stay.
7. Limitation of Liability
Tabby G’s Beach Rentals is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages caused by improper use of our equipment. Use at your own risk. Our gear is inspected and cleaned between each rental, but it is your responsibility to ensure safety and proper setup.

9. Agreement Acknowledgment
By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. You also consent to your payment method being securely stored and used for authorized charges related to lost or damaged equipment.
